Ask PawQi and your questions
Ask PawQi is an optional public AI assistant. You can use the rest of the website without sending a question.
What is sent
When you press Ask PawQi, your question is sent to PawQi’s server. For a supported question, we send your question, recent replies and relevant public PawQi source text to OpenAI to prepare an answer. Pet-care questions may also use web search; search queries are generalised to the topic and relevant city or climate. We do not send your account, pet profile or private records. Avoid entering names, contact details or sensitive information.
What is kept
PawQi does not save question text or answers in a conversation database, browser storage or application logs. Recent conversation stays only in this page’s memory until you start a new question, reload or leave. It is sent with follow-ups so PawQi can understand the context. It is not saved to browser storage. We request that the AI response is not stored, but this does not disable OpenAI’s applicable abuse-monitoring retention.
Hosting and network providers may process request metadata. PawQi maintains a one-way daily network identifier and request counters to limit misuse; it does not store the raw network address in those counters. Counters are reused and do not contain question text.
Your choice
Use “Start a new question” to clear the answer and this page’s conversation memory. This assistant cannot retrieve or delete provider-side logs. For privacy enquiries, use the contact information in our privacy policy.
