PawQi Terms and Conditions

Acceptance

By using PawQi, you agree to these Terms and the PawQi Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose of PawQi

PawQi helps pet parents organize pet profiles, care reminders, medical records, emergency information, knowledge content, and care recommendations.

PawQi is not a veterinary clinic, veterinarian, emergency response service, diagnostic system, prescription service, or substitute for professional care.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information where needed.
• Use PawQi only for lawful purposes.
• Keep your login credentials and device secure.
• Verify medical, emergency, medication, nutrition, vaccination, and treatment decisions with a qualified veterinarian.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.

Medical and Emergency Disclaimer

PawQi content is informational and organizational only. For emergencies, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary service immediately. Do not delay emergency care because of anything shown in PawQi.

Account and Data

You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the in-app Delete Account Flow or through the external Account Deletion page.

App Availability

PawQi may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued. Features may use mock data, placeholders, or local-only logic until production integrations are approved.

AI and Recommendation Features

Current AI-related features may use rule-based or mock responses unless a future release clearly states that real AI providers are connected. PawQi does not currently provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment through AI.

Intellectual Property

PawQi, its design, text, branding, software, and related materials are owned by the developer or licensed to the developer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawQi and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, medical, veterinary, or emergency-related damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms when PawQi changes or when legal, operational, or platform requirements change.
